Round one winner Cameron claimed pole for race one with a time of 1:59.934, the fastest lap ever recorded at a Bathurst race event.
Times fell quickly in the 20-minute session, with James Golding qualifying second ahead of Joey Mawson.
Golding was just 0.151s behind Cameron and tantalisingly close to breaking the two-minute barrier himself.
The teammates will start on the front row of the grid for race one on Thursday before a pair of reverse-grid races on Friday and Saturday and the feature race on Sunday.
