New attendance record for Australian Grand Prix at Albert Park

The 2024 Australian Grand Prix is the biggest to ever be held at the Albert Park circuit after recording a record crowd of more than 450,000 across the four-day event.

Organisers said the total estimated attendance of the 2024 event was 452,055, with 132,106 attending on race day.

It is just 982 more than the 2023 race day, while the total four-day attendance is 7424 higher than the 2023 event.

The record for the largest ever Australian Grand Prix remains the final race in Adelaide, with a reported attendance of 520,000 in 1995.
