USF Pro Championships launches weekly show featuring junior athletes

USF Pro Championships TV has launched a new show highlighting the development of junior athletes.

Formerly Road To Indy TV, USF Pro Championships TV will produce "In The Making with Emilee Smarr" looking at junior athletes across motorsports and other disciplines, including American football, golf, and tennis.

“There are many parallels between drivers looking to climb the motorsports ladder and athletes in other forms of sports looking to make it professionally,” said JP Manterola, Director of Broadcast and Digital Media at USF Pro Championships TV.

“This show will compare and contrast the challenges between the different genres and what it takes to make it to the top.”

Six episodes will be released weekly during the preseason, with seven further episodes to air during breaks in the 2023 racing calendar.

Each episode will feature a roundtable discussion as well as a one-on-one highlighting the career of a driver on the USF Pro ladder, encompassing USF Pro 2000, USF2000, and USF Juniors.

The first episode is available now, featuring driver Lindsay Brewer, former driver turned team owner Peter Dempsey, and college football player Patrick Jolly, as well as rising star Myles Rowe.
