Victorian Formula Ford event postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions

The fourth round of the Victorian Formula Ford Championship, scheduled for July 23-25 at Sandown Raceway, has been postponed as the state deals with an ongoing coronavirus outbreak.

The event was originally planned as a round of the national championship, before that was postponed due to border restrictions.

It was then slated to continue as a round of the Victorian state championship, but will now be re-scheduled for later in the year.

Refunds will be offered to all competitors

Sandown is the second state round to be impacted by the east coast outbreak of the virus, after a NSW event set for Sydney Motorsport Park was cancelled.
