Drugovich set the fastest time so far in the second of three days of testing with a 1:35.614.
The MP Motorsport driver dominated the morning session ahead of Jack Doohan and Jehan Daruvala, the trio taking the top three in differing orders across the first three sessions of the test.
Carlin rookie Logan Sargeant jumped to the top of the leaderboard in the afternoon sessions, ahead of Daruvala and kiwi Marcus Armstrong.
Drugovich was fastest overall on the day with his time in the morning session, ahead of Doohan and Sargeant.
Kiwi Liam Lawson was sixth fastest with Armstrong eighth overall in the combined times.
Théo Pourchaire set the most running, completing 107 laps of the Yas Marina Circuit.
Aussie Calan Williams was twenty-second fastest for Trident.
