The 2017 Australian F3 Champion went off in Lap 1 and was down to eighteenth, before charging back through the field to eventually finish in P12.
His overtake of Pierre Louis Chovet through the high-speed corner is reminiscent of Mark Webber’s overtake in 2011, passing Fernando Alonso in the same section of the Belgian track.
