Formula One fans in Melbourne will be able to see Aussie drivers Oscar Piastri and Jack Doohan for free at Melbourne Park Oval on Wednesday ahead of the Australian Grand Prix.

Piastri and Doohan will appear at the fan festival from 3pm on Wednesday, with a Q&A session on the main stage.

"I'm super excited to see you all at the F1 Melbourne Fan Festival on Wednesday afternoon and very grateful for all your support leading into my home GP and I can't wait to get the weekend underway," said Doohan.

Other appearances confirmed for the fan festival include Ferrari reserve driver Zhou Guanyu, VCARD reserve drive Ayumu Iwasa and team principal Laurent Mekies, Supercars drivers Broc Feeny, Will Brown, James Courtney, Aaron Love, Chaz Mostert, and Ryan Wood, as well as 2025 Dakar Rally winner Daniel "Chucky" Sanders.

"The appearance of Oscar and Jack offers fans a free and exclusive opportunity to hear from the drivers ahead of their home race, something usually reserved for ticket holders attending the Grand Prix at Albert Park," said Australian Grand Prix CEO Travis Auld.
