Ukyo Sasahara now leads on 256 points to Jack Doohan’s 218 points going into the final round in Shanghai in three weeks’ time.
Sasahara led from the front for a perfect lights-to-flag victory, followed by Daniel Cao and Australian Jack Doohan.
Championship rival Jack Doohan was unable to keep up with the Japanese driver, while New Zealander Brendon Leitch completed the podium.

The Japanese driver took his fourth win out of six races, while Jack Doohan and Brendon Leitch battled for second.
Doohan’s championship-leading teammate lead into turn one, but the Australian took the lead in lap 2 and held it until the chequered flag.
With three wins and a podium finish, the result cemented Sasahara’s lead of the F3 Asian Championship with 93 points, 14 ahead of Doohan in second on 79 points, and Leitch in third on 49 points.
Australian Jack Doohan was eager to catch race one winner and teammate Ukyo Sasahara, but ultimately struggled to hold onto his second place against Brendon Leitch in third.
The returning Kiwi establishes himself as a leader in this year’s TRS.
