Formula E championship rivals Nick Cassidy and Pascal Wehrlein collide in Jakarta E-Prix

Formula E championship leader Nick Cassidy fell to the rear of the field after contact with rival Pascal Wehrlein in Jakarta.

Cassidy attempted a late move to overtake Wehrlein at turn 16 before clipping the rear of his rival and damaging his front wing.

The Kiwi held the lead of the standings over Wehrlein by just two points going into the second race of the Jakarta double-header.

Cassidy pitted for repairs after the lap 19 incident and returned to the circuit in 19th, running last in the order.
