No magic fix for Mercedes ahead of Australian GP
Mercedes F1 team boss Toto Wolff says there will be no magic fix for the constructor’s woes ahead of the Australian Grand Prix despite a team-wide focus on rapid improvement.

Speaking ahead of the opening day of the Albert Park event, Wolff reiterated his motto that his team learns the most when on the back foot.
"We are in a learning race and the first two weekends have shown we still have plenty to learn," said Wolff.
"At the moment, our track performance is not meeting our own expectations, but everyone at Brackley and Brixworth is focused on understanding the problems and finding the right solutions."
Mercedes is second in the championship standings despite an obvious lack of pace compared to front-runners Ferrari and Red Bull.
Lewis Hamilton was able to inch onto the podium in the season opener after a disastrous race for rivals Red Bull.
"There won't be a magic fix for the next race weekend, but we're pushing to steadily bring gains over the up-coming races, to hopefully move us closer to the front of the pack," said Wolff.
"Until then, we need to maximise each opportunity and make the most of the package we have."
