Entry list confirmed for S5000 Tasman Series at Bathurst

Eleven drivers have been locked in for the S5000 Tasman Series debut at the Bathurst 1000.

The field is mostly unchanged from the first round in Sydney, with John Martin to replace Ben Bargwanna and Cooper Webster to sit out the second round of the summer series.

Ben Bargwanna will focus on his TCR Australia campaign, and 2019 S5000 race-winner Martin will pilot the car for AGI Sport.

Cooper Webster has paused his campaign so new entrants Versa Motorsport can focus on their plans for a full tilt at the 2022 S5000 Australian Drivers’ Championship.

Drivers will hit The Mountain for the first time on Tuesday before a final series of four races decides the inaugural Shannons S5000 Tasman Series champion.
