The 2022 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix has been confirmed for 7-10 April, and the Australian Grand Prix Corporation have announced details for how tickets will be released.

A pre-sale will begin on November 23, before the general public sale opens on December 2.

Interest is sure to be high for the 2022 event, with the 2021 outing cancelled and fans left waiting at the gates in 2020 when one of the country's first cases of COVID-19 forced the event to be abandoned.

The 2022 event will debut new modifications to the circuit made during the COVID break, with organisers also promising new grandstands and new precincts for fans.
