Alex Peroni to return to FIA Formula 3 in 2020

After a horror crash cut short his 2019 season, Australian Alex Peroni has announced that he will return to the FIA Formula 3 Championship in 2020.

The Tasmanian driver made the announcement at a countdown event for the F1 Australian Grand Prix.

Alex’s team said “it has been a very difficult few months for Alex since his crash in Monza but he has made an incredible recovery and thanks to his amazing sponsors, supporters and the Tasmanian community he is able to return to racing.”

“Alex has also been very fortunate to have received well wishes from around the world that have helped him make this incredible return. While Alex is not yet able to say with which team he will be racing he is confident that he his return to racing is well and truly on the cards!”
