Car, from Sydney, had a successful karting carrer, winning the 2017 Las Vegas X30 SuperKarts! USA Super National karting championship and the Australian X30 Senior Kart championship, before joining Crosslink/Kiwi Motorsport for the 2018 F4 United States season, finishing fourth in the championship.

He finished second in Race 1 and fourth in Race 2 at Sebring, enough to clinch an unassailable lead for the trophy.

He topped the weekend by winning Race 3 as series champion, his seventh win out of the 15 races so far this year.

The F4 United States Championship now heads to Circuit of The Americas in support of the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix.
