Indycar to race in Alabama through 2027
Indycar will continue to race at Barber Motorsports Park until at least 2027 under a contract extension announced during this weekend's Alabama Grand Prix.
Barber Motorsports Park has hosted the NTT INDYCAR Series since 2010, making it one of the longest running events on the series' schedule.
“It has been an honor to host this race since 2010 at the world-renowned Barber Motorsports Park,” said Gene Hallman, CEO of event promoter ZOOM Motorsports.
“The event has become a cornerstone of the Birmingham community, drawing fans from all over the world. We are excited for the future of this event and what it means to Children’s of Alabama.”
