Australian Grand Prix 2022 pre-sale starts today

The first tickets for the 2022 Australian Grand Prix have gone on sale today.

The pre-sale for the event opened at 10am Tuesday 23 November.

Demand is high as the event returns to Australia in April 2022 after a two-year absence.

Guests who pre-registered via the Grand Prix website can purchase tickets today, and public ticket sales open Thursday 2 December.

The Australian Grand Prix will be held April 7-10 2022.

The Australian was rewarded after being the picture of consistency so far this season.

The streaming giant could be the new home of Formula One in a deal that could also extend to Australia.

Excitement is building as the iconic Race of Champions heads to the Southern Hemisphere for the first time.

Formula 4 cars will run under the "AU4" banner in Australia this year.
