Day one of the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix saw an estimated attendance of 86,210, the highest Thursday on record.

Although there was no Formula One action, fans flocked to the track to experience the Grand Prix atmosphere and catch a glimpse of the drivers arriving through the Melbourne Walk.
The 2025 Thursday attendance was 72,056, and the previous record for Thursday attendance was 77,400 in 2005.
