Record attendance for Australian Grand Prix
The 2022 Formula 1 Australian Grand has broken the weekend attendance record at Albert Park.

An estimate 419,114 fans attended over the four day event, the most ever recorded at Albert Park for the grand prix.
Both Friday and Saturday set single-day attendance records, but the race day attendance of 128,294 was not enough to top the Sunday record.
The previous event record was 401,000 set at Melbourne's first event in 1996, while the one-day motorsport record remains 205,000 for the final event in Adelaide in 1995.
