Good management team "the most important part" for Jack Beeton

Jack Beeton says his signing to All Road Management completes "the most important part" of his life as a driver.

The international driver management organisation led by founder Nicolas Todt and driver manager Mia Sharizman have announced the addition of Beeton to their ranks.

The 15-year-old made it through the Ferrari Driver Academy (FDA) Asia and Oceania selection program to the world finals in Maranello late last year.

Since then, he has gained his footing on the motorsport ladder at a rapid pace.

"It was a great learning experience, but after the result wasn't what we wanted we were still wanting more out of this career," Beeton tells RACEWEEK.

"We went over back to Italy and tested with Van Amersfoort and they decided, yeah, you're a good enough driver."

"The FDA camp put us on the radar of a few teams, so they had an understanding, but then also signing with All Road Management."

"That was about two weeks after the camp, we started communicating with them and ultimately, signing with them."

"It was Mia who helped me get the tests, so I couldn't have done it without them really."

All Road lists an all-star line-up of drivers on its website, from Charles Leclerc and Daniil Kvyat, rookies such as Caio Collet and Gabriele Mini, as well as F1 legend Felipe Massa.

Sharizman comes to the agency after his time managing the Alpine Junior team, home to Oscar Piastri and Guanyu Zhou, both on the F1 grid in 2023.

"For me, the management, it's the most important part," says Beeton.

"I mean, I can't just go to a random team and say, can I test with you?"

"I need to have the background, and obviously the manager helps with that.”

"They can go to the team for me, they have so many connections, it's so much easier to communicate with teams.”

All Road, and Sharizman in particular, have a growing roster of Australian drivers.

The Alpine Academy was home to Oscar Piastri and Jack Doohan, with All Road recently signing FIA Formula 3 newcomer Hugh Barter as well as representing Ferrari junior James Wharton.

"He's got heaps of experience working with Oscar, Jack, in the Alpine Academy," says Beeton.

"When Mia signed with All Road, we saw that as a great opportunity to work with a very experienced man."

More announcements from Beeton regarding his plans for 2023 are due in the coming weeks, with the Aussie on track 27-28 January in the Formula 4 United Arab Emirates championship.
