BREAKING: Marcus Armstrong penalised ahead of New Zealand Grand Prix

Toyota Racing New Zealand have awarded Marcus Armstrong a five-second penalty in Race 2 at Manfeild.

Armstrong was judged to have not left enough room when overtaking Australian Calan Williams in the reverse-grid race. The penalty moves him from sixth position down to ninth position, costing valuable championship points.

With the penalty, Marcus Armstrong is six points behind championship leader Liam Lawson heading into the New Zealand Grand Prix.
